The place was reasonably priced. Spacious old-fashioned hotel, the staff and location were great. I truly enjoyed the room with balcony.

Delightful hotel with awesome breakfasts and immaculate rooms, that's what we really enjoyed. The staff was efficient, pleasant all the time. Incredible and amazing location really close to Monte Grona. The great service and shuttle to the venue far exceeded our expectations.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a lovely building not far from under the branches of a very ancient wisteria tree as well as Lake Como. Air-conditioned room, large bathroom, decent staff.

It had central location close to La Perla del Lago. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive.

The stay here was great, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with ideal location next to the ferry port and the lake and ferry terminal, shopping, restaurants and bars.

Room was stunning and staff fine. Lots of food at takeout breakfast including muffins, pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and cheese to order. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable.

We got guest room with a magnificent view, a balcony, ornate king bed, had perfect experience here. The room was reasonably priced.

Breakfast with gluten free cereal. The rooms with shower and terrace, as example. The hotel was located just next door to the waterfront and the ferry terminal and the lake.

We liked this luxurious place and its picturesque location. Bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, cheese and pancakes available for breakfast.

Practical location next to a ferry port, staff really polite. The staff did all they can for a superb stay. Plastic furniture and own bathroom, coffee, WiFi and microwave in the room. A nice beach, cute view.

It was a fab time staying at this wonderful hotel. The lobby was lovely, I loved it. Generally everything was perfect, but the bathroom was tiny. Food was delicious and superb.

Staying here for relaxing break was lovely, totally recommendable. Cool rooms, enchanting hotel. Everything was just perfect, even so a few employees were unhelpful. Comfy bed, modern bathroom. There was a spa too. Super central location, at walking distance from bellagio lido.

we had a memorable experience here. the double room we were given had a safe and tv. just a 5-minute stroll to the center. had nice dainties at caffe vecchio borgo, located right at the hotel.

The location was PERFECT, with La Goletta nearby, where we could eat. Staff excellent and no complaints. A bathroom is equipped with a shower. We could freely use free WiFi.

One could dine at restaurants such as Far Out 10 minutes away. Excellant location, a few steps away from everything we had planned to do. We loved staying at florence. It is near the airport.
